I wanted to thank you for inspiring my interest in yoga and fitness. I ran across your videos on YouTube (first), and watched a few and browsed others, then decided a week or so ago to take the plunge. I ordered your Guyoga dvd, as well as your mat/block/strap equipment, and began about a week ago with the Beginner sessions. As I am 64 years old, and overweight, but oddly in good shape with no medical/physical issues, I am really getting into the swing of things, doing a morning session, as well as an afternoon/evening session. I particularly enjoy the stretching but am working slowly but surely on the strength components. I couple this with a couple of sessions on my elliptical exercise machine for warmups and feel after only a week, that I am making progress. Basically, I am not as stiff in the morning, seem to be having more energy as well as sleeping better. In addition, I have adjusted my diet somewhat to low-carb. You are a great motivator, Dean! I'll also check for more DVDs or your website as I advance past beginner. Gary
