Join Dean, the Man Flow Yoga Coaches (Jesse & Patrick), for a weekend of Yoga Instruction, Wellness, and Community!
Follow along to yoga workouts, go in-depth on technique and modifications for new or inflexible men, and get inspired to be more consistent with your workouts so you can achieve your fitness goals.
We’ll also go through the essentials of a healthy lifestyle. You’ll learn straightforward, applicable information on improving your diet, self-care, and long-term health. We’ll talk through strategies and mindset on being more motivated and more disciplined with your fitness practices.
You’ll come away from this weekend with improved technique in your yoga postures, inspiration for your yoga practice and overall wellness, and a feeling of connection with other guys also interested in improving themselves.

(9:30 AM - 11:00 AM) Lesson 1: Healthy Lower-Back
Build a strong, pain-free lower back through targeted core strength, hip mobility, and spinal stability exercises. You’ll learn why stability must precede mobility and how proper muscle activation—not just stretching—creates lasting pain relief. Leave with practical techniques to strengthen critical muscle groups and improve spinal function for immediate comfort and long-term back health.

(11:00 AM - 12:30 PM) Character Design and Self-Awareness
You work hard on self-improvement, but if you don't take the time to honor and understand what that means for you, it can ultimately hinder your progress and motivation. We create stories and narratives to make sense of the world around us. While this can be helpful, it may also keep us "stuck" in the past if we forget to update our narratives. Let’s take some time to explore, appreciate, and reassimilate a better understanding of the modern YOU. Through Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), insights, laughter, and perhaps a bit of confrontation, we will rediscover and understand who we have become. This way, when you think of yourself, you'll be thinking of the right person.

(2:15 PM - 3:45 PM) Lesson 2: Shoulders & Upper-Back
Upper-back and shoulder health are often overlooked but are crucial for posture and pain-free movement. This session targets thoracic opening, shoulder strength, and mobility while addressing common muscle imbalances. You’ll learn how to strengthen weak upper-back muscles, correct posture issues caused by yoga-only programs, and isolate spinal mobility to avoid over-reliance on the hips. By the end, you’ll have a well-rounded approach to maintaining a strong and stable upper body.

Balance is more than just a skill—it’s a combination of strength, awareness, and control. In this session, we’ll focus on strengthening the hips, ankles, and core to improve stability and prevent injuries. You’ll learn how to build awareness of foot and ankle muscles, develop strength in key stabilizers, and recognize the ever-changing nature of balance. Whether you’re looking to enhance your athletic performance or simply move more confidently, this workshop will give you the tools to do so.

We will explore what happens when you combine mindfulness, meditation, and gratitude. Our perception shapes our reality, and we train ourselves daily on what to observe. Are you ensuring that you are looking for the right things for yourself? Are you taking the time to create the life experiences you desire? Are you focusing on the aspects that will cultivate continued prosperity and motivation? Let's find out together in a shared and supportive environment.

(2:15 PM - 3:45 PM) Lesson 4: Deepening Hip & Shoulder Flexibility
Flexibility isn’t just about passive stretching—it’s about combining strength and mobility for a greater range of motion. This session teaches how to work deeper into your flexibility while maintaining stability. By incorporating longer hold times and strength-building techniques, you’ll develop functional flexibility that supports your movements rather than limits them. This approach ensures that your body remains both supple and strong for long-term mobility and injury prevention.
