I’m coming to London! Join me for a 90-minute workshop on improving your technique. This is a combination workout / tutorial to help you understand how to build more strength and functional range of motion with both yoga postures and non-yoga techniques, by improving your overall technique.

Please bring your own equipment! I can't fit 50 yoga mats in my carry-on luggage.

Who this is for:

  • People who are interested in building more strength
  • People interested in increasing flexibility, but doing so in a way that translates into improve performance and functional fitness
  • Men interested in learning modifications appropriate for a variety of flexibility levels
  • Men interested in improving their technique in yoga postures
  • Office workers, active guys combining yoga with other workouts, and people using Man Flow Yoga as their primary workout program.

As we go through the workshop, you’ll also learn how to apply these postures and exercises in your daily routine, whether that’s as a warm-up for other workouts, mobility exercises you can do to start the day, or flexibility work you can do before bed to help improve sleep.

What you’ll get out of this workshop:

  • Improved knowledge of yoga posture technique and non-yoga exercises
  • Modifications for guys who are new or inflexible
  • How to add strength and active mobility training to basic yoga postures, for maximum effectiveness
  • Using your breath and body awareness to improve yoga posture performance, strength, and flexibility
  • Target areas and best uses for a variety of yoga postures and non-yoga exercises

You’ll come away from this workshop with greatly increased knowledge in yoga postures, how to make them more effective based on your goals and fitness levels, and how to integrate them into your daily routine.

It’s also a chance to meet other people within the Man Flow Yoga Community, and do an in-person class with me. This is a one-time engagement, but depending on how it goes, this could turn into a recurring trip!
