Exactly what I knee-did!

The comfort it provides helps me to hold positions longer that require kneeling, like Dean says there’s no point in hurting your knee to achieve the correct pose, very happy with this purchase.

Cork Mat

I waited to purchase the mat and am really glad I did. It has really helped with balance postures having a firmer surface and following Dean is easier because of the markings. The yoga strap was a nice surprise, as well! I also bought the knee pad so I don't have to fumble around searching for a towel or sweatshirt to cushion my knees.

Not as much cushion as I was wanting. The mat is no different than standing on the floor. I wish I had my money back.

Great investment for a quality mat

I started my yoga journey on my old foam exercise map and quickly discovered it was not the best surface for a big guy with sweaty hands and feet. I stuck to it lying down, my feet slid on it in poses like warrior 2, and most importantly it killed my knees. The MFY cork kneeling mat is exactly what I needed. firm support with a tactile surface that comfortably supports my knees. This is a quality mat with substantial rubber, and it will last decades with proper care. yes you will need to clean it every couple of weeks with regular use, as the cork will collect oils and sweat from your knees, hands and feet. it is an easy task to maintain a mat that will serve you for years to come. I am really happy with its performance so far.
