Great mats

I've always bought the foam mats in the past, these are a huge step up in quality. Not sure my form is any better yet but that's a different problem

Great upgrade!

I bought a less expensive foam pad that worked for floor exercises but trying to do any balance work felt weird and uncomfortable.
The feel of the cork with just the right amount of padding leads to a great experience on the floor or when standing on it.
The added lines for reference when doing certain stance work was very well thought out!
I love this mat and would highly recommend it to anyone and everyone!

High quality yoga mat

I originally bought a mat on Amazon and it was too thin and had trouble staying flat. This mat is much higher quality and thick. I really like the alignment markings especially when following along on the videos and seeing where Dean's get are. The only issue I have is one end like the lip of the mat stays slightly rolled up but since the mat is much longer its not much of an issue

Star pose

The rubber with cork is a great combination. Rolled up is heavier than a flimsy regular mat and longer than the standard mat. Supports my joints and body and I can balance on the mat. The markings are a great visual reminder of body position and helps with alignment. Excellent overall use for yoga.

Best yoga mat I've ever bought

It's also the only yoga mat I've ever bought. But I do like it.
