Join Dean Pohlman, Founder of Man Flow Yoga, for a weekend of yoga instruction, wellness discussions, and community

This weekend is about more than just doing yoga. It’s about learning how to use it to improve your body, your mindset, and your long term health.

You’ll go in depth on technique, refine your form, and learn smart modifications so each posture actually works for your body. Whether you’re dealing with tight muscles, knee or back pain, or just feeling stiff, you’ll leave knowing what to do, how often to do it, and how to make real progress toward your specific goals.

We’ll also have a wellness portion of the weekend that is dedicated to helping you go beyond improved technique, and provide the environment and community that leads to significant growth. You’ll gain clarity on consistency, discipline, and the habits that lead to long term results. It’s a chance to step back, understand what’s been holding you back, and build a clear plan moving forward.

You’ll leave with more confidence in your technique, and a clearer plan about improving your fitness moving forward, and connection with other men who are committed to improving themselves – not to mention, a huge burst of motivation!

What to Expect: Weekend Schedule

Saturday & Sunday | 9:00 AM to 3:30 PM

Get ready for two days of hands-on learning, personalized guidance, and meaningful conversations designed to help you take your fitness to the next level.

Throughout the weekend, we'll focus on identifying what your body needs most, learning the right modifications for you, and building a clear path toward your fitness goals.

Here's what you can look forward to:

  • Four 90-Minute Yoga Technique Workshops: Go beyond following along with workouts. Get hands-on instruction, personalized feedback, and learn the small adjustments that can make a huge difference in your strength, mobility, and overall fitness.
  • Four Interactive Group Discussions: Connect with other guys, work through the mental roadblocks holding you back, and explore practical strategies for building consistency, overcoming challenges, and making lasting improvements.
  • Healthy Lunch Provided Both Days: We'll take a break to refuel, relax, and connect with the community. Lunch is included, and we'll reach out before the event to collect any dietary restrictions.

You'll leave the weekend with a better understanding of your body, a clearer idea of what to work on, and the confidence to keep making progress long after the event ends.
