The Austin Wellness Weekend & Yoga Workshop is officially live and open for sign up!

Join me in Austin for the MFY Weekend Workshop Series, on Saturday and Sunday, February 22-23 for a special in-person event. We’ll be helping you improve your yoga practice as well as building lasting motivation and creating sustainable habits for your health and fitness.

You’ll take part in yoga sessions where you’ll fine-tune your technique, get real-time feedback from the coaches, and learn modifications that make poses work for your body. You’ll build strength, flexibility, and confidence while finally understanding what each pose is supposed to feel like.

Plus, you’ll have the chance to connect directly with the coaches during Q&A sessions. Get answers to your specific questions, talk through struggles with consistency, and hear advice from guys who’ve been where you are. Whether it’s workout routines, nutrition strategies, or staying motivated, you’ll leave with clear, actionable steps tailored to your goals.

3 Main Goals to Transform Your Fitness

  • Improve Your Yoga Practice: Get hands-on help to fine-tune your poses, use modifications that work for your body, and feel what proper technique is supposed to be like. You’ll get real-time feedback to build strength, flexibility, and confidence on the mat.

This isn’t just about yoga—it’s about movement, motivation, and real-life strategies you can actually use. Whether you’re new to yoga or experienced, you’ll walk away feeling stronger, more focused, and ready to keep making progress.

Workouts AND Tutorials:

These workshops are a structured combination of workouts and tutorials, so in addition to getting a fantastic workout, we’ll also be slowing things down and delving further into technique.

Technique Feedback & Assistance:

We’ll also have MFY team members on-site to provide technique corrections and assistance throughout the entirety of the weekend workshop series.

We’ve rented out a huge multi-purpose space that can accommodate up to 40 people, with plenty of space for everybody to spread out

What’s the investment?

Many of our in-person events, such as our Be The Better You Retreats, are created to be a more intensive experience, and the investment isn’t something that everyone is able or willing to spend.

This event is available at a fraction of the cost of our other in-person events.

For those of you who have expressed interest in attending an in-person event with me, I hope you can make this happen!!

I know that many of you have made requests for me to visit your city to do workshops. As much as I would like to be able to hold workshops in every requested city, I have a family with 2 small children, so that’s not something I can do on a regular basis.

Please note: You are responsible for transportation, lodging, and food during the weekend. A partial 50% refund will be given if you cannot attend.
