Join Dean at the Man Flow Yoga Studio in Austin, Texas for a series of workshops to develop proper technique, modifications appropriate for your fitness and flexibility levels, and learn what specific exercises you need to work on your particular weaknesses.
Saturday and Sunday, January 20-21 at 10AM-12PM and 1PM - 3PM.
This weekend includes:
- (4) 2-hour yoga instruction sessions with Dean
