I just started yoga and am on the third week of the “Absolute Beginners Program.” This book is an excellent resource/companion to the videos. It has great photos and instructions as well as tips for the various poses.
Simple, straight forward instructions for poses with great routines and workouts included.
This book is just what I needed! I like being able to look at and do each pose in "my time" as a beginner because I am not that flexible and as fast to follow along with a video. I also like the explanation on each pose. This book is going to be a great tool for me to use on my 70 lb weight loss journey.
